This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! The staff here are like family and make you feel right at home. The restaurant is super elegant and the food is prepared professionally. The rooms are jaw-droppingly spacious and clean, with an ultra-comfortable bed. You won't believe how quiet it is, even though it overlooks the main road. The breakfast spread is simply amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, making your stay stress-free. They even have free Wi-Fi, a luggage storage area, and a flat-screen TV. There's also a convenient lift and the option for in-room breakfast. Plus, it's great that there are no pets allowed and the entire property is non-smoking. Can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent trip to the city. The interior is absolutely stunning, with high ceilings and ample space. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and is also a great base for exploring Heidelberg. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel also offers its own parking garage, which was very convenient. One minor issue was the lack of a handrail for the steps leading up to the hotel's entrance from the street. While staff were willing to assist, it would have been more accessible if a handrail was in place.

I got great value for my money at Kleiner Rosengarten. The room was spacious, new, and tastefully renovated. The location was perfect, right across from the National Theatre Mannheim. The staff treated me with friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay.
